Participant Rewards & Payments Terms

These Participant Rewards & Payments Terms govern eligible rewards for verified participants on Services operated by PolitiMind, Inc.. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service and should be read with the Platform & Token Risk Disclosures.

An eligible paid study states its estimated completion time, USD-denominated reward, qualification requirements, and response window before participation. Reward rates may change prospectively.

Rewards are never conditioned on the content of your answers. We do not pay more or less for any political position, party affiliation, candidate preference, viewpoint, or outcome.

PolitiMind currently plans to calculate paid-study rewards at $24 per estimated survey hour, prorated by estimated completion time and rounded upward to the nearest cent. This baseline remains planned and illustrative until paid studies are launch-approved.

Study availability, matching, eligibility, qualification, frequency, monthly earnings, and payout timing are not guaranteed. The amount displayed for an eligible study is the amount evaluated for that qualified completion; political answers do not alter it.

• Advertised: the study displays a proposed reward before participation.
• Pending: a submitted response is awaiting qualification and any required integrity review.
• Qualified: the response passed qualification but the reward may still await release.
• Available: released funds are eligible for a supported payout request.
• Paid: a supported payout completed.

USD-denominated rewards and cash-equivalent payout methods are planned. Available methods, minimum thresholds, fees, review states, geographic limits, and timing will be shown in-product when enabled.

A displayed reward is not a promise that every participant will qualify or that a particular payout method is available. Payout requests may be held during integrity, identity, sanctions, tax, or operational review.

$PMIND is planned future participation utility. It has not launched, is not required to use PolitiMind, and is not a current participant payout method. If introduced, separate launch terms and disclosures will govern its availability and use. PolitiMind makes no representation regarding future value, liquidity, exchange listing, transferability, or convertibility into fiat.

You are responsible for taxes arising from rewards you receive. Depending on your jurisdiction and the value received, rewards may be treated as income.

Where reporting thresholds are met, PolitiMind may require tax documentation before payout and may issue an applicable information return. PolitiMind does not provide tax advice; consult a qualified professional.

• You must satisfy the age, location, identity, sanctions, and study-specific requirements shown in-product.
• One verified human may maintain one participant account.
• Matching to a study does not guarantee final eligibility or qualification.
• Employees, contractors, and their households may be excluded from certain reward programs.

Rewards associated with fraud, duplicate identity, automation, geolocation circumvention, response farming, or another violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may be held, denied, reversed, or forfeited. PolitiMind may suspend payout during a documented integrity investigation.

PolitiMind may modify reward rates, eligible activities, thresholds, payout methods, or discontinue a program prospectively. A change does not convert planned functionality into generally available functionality unless PolitiMind explicitly marks it available in-product.

Raise a reward dispute within 60 days of the relevant ledger entry by emailing chris@politimind.com with the applicable study, submission, reward, or payout reference. Dispute resolution otherwise follows the Terms of Service.
