    Acceptable Use Policy

    Last updated:

    1.Core Principles

PolitiMind exists to restore trust in civic systems. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the floor for conduct on the Services. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

    2.Prohibited Conduct

    • Vote manipulation: submitting multiple votes, coordinating inauthentic responses, brigading, or otherwise distorting poll outcomes.
    • Sybil attacks: creating multiple accounts, evading identity verification, or sharing verified accounts.
    • Geolocation circumvention: using VPNs, proxies, residential bots, GPS spoofers, or similar tools to bypass U.S.-only or anti-fraud controls.
    • Scraping & automation: automated access, scraping, or harvesting of platform data without prior written permission.
    • Election interference: any conduct intended to suppress, intimidate, mislead, or coerce voters or candidates.
    • Harassment & hate: threats, doxxing, harassment, or content targeting protected classes.
    • Illegal content: CSAM, terrorism, sanctions violations, or other unlawful content or use.
    • Smart-contract exploitation: exploitation of on-chain mechanisms, NFT ballots, or $PMIND token logic outside intended use.
    • AI abuse: prompt injection, neutrality-layer bypass attempts, model exfiltration, or use of AI features to generate disinformation.
    • Security violations: unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning without authorization, or interference with the Services. Researchers should follow our Responsible Disclosure policy.

    3.Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, $PMIND forfeiture, NFT-ballot invalidation, and referral to law enforcement. PolitiMind may take any action it deems reasonable to protect the integrity of the Services.
